I guess there's an issue with upgrading vs installing from fresh.  I'm on 14.04 R299, and it isnt installed.  I will wipe it and re-install.  I guess that should fix my issue.

I'm really excited that this will work.  UT is coming a long way.  It's still funny how after I play with UT or a while, I expect Android to behave the same with the gestures.  It's habit forming.
