Server Scopes and Push notifications update Jun 12, 2014

Push Notifications:

- User authentication is working
- Unicast is supported by the whole stack, visualizations are pending
- Server side components of token management is done
- Finalized designs around the Post Office and the app helpers for
notifications

The biggest change here comes from the Post Office design, which will now
require apps to have helpers that get called when messages arrive from the
cloud. The helpers will translate this 'messages' into notifications that
can be visualized in the version of the framework in the device.

This gives the user a lot of flexibility on how to interpret the
notifications they send and do local calculations to decide what to show.

Scopes:

- Amazon scope now support departments, waiting for client support
- Ebay scope departments waiting for rollout
- Waiting for designs of 7digital, grooveshark and wikipedia.
