Are you getting this on every boot?
Mind giving me the output of 'ls -l /run/user/32011/pulse'?
Please also try the following:
$ sudo rm -rf /run/user/32011/pulse
$ pulseaudio -k (or just kill it with -9).
See if the permission is then fixed.
