yes, it is explicitly stopped by ubuntu-touch-session ... though it
isn't in any promoted image yet, it landed after the last promotion in

i have been using 87 for several days without any issues here ... (apart
from the occasional unexpected shutdown when i run out of battery
without getting any notification)
