Push Notifications
Messaging Menu notifications are finally landed and in the silo.
The same silo includes token registration, bits of launcher integration and
a split postal service dbus endpoint among other things. see:

Testing shows we can register tokens and send unicasts and get them in the
messaging menu, so we have now connected all the bits of the  but some
integration issues are still present with the display and interaction of
notifications.

Remote Scopes:
Amazon and ebay are in production. Surfacing for Amazon is random selection
of categories, but we will move to manually select the best ones soon.
7 digital is in progress
Grooveshark is pending and without design.
Wikipedia and The Weather channel are in production awaiting for updated
designs.
There are still some client features missing and we are tracking and
testing those as they get completed.
