How to override UA in webapps?

There was a request to add this option:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/webbrowser-app/+bug/1245465 but I
was not able to find any documentation on how to achieve that.
Is there anyone which would help me (and possibly update the API)? :)
