I would just ignore and don't respond if they are in any way not
constructive. And if they don't stop annoying you, just set up a
filter to /dev/null and done ...

However, sometimes folks just don't realize that they forgot to hit
"reply all". If you feel that's the case you might want to be nice and
tell them that they forgot to CC the list.
