Hi everyone,

We have just landed the candidate fix for the hang-up issues we've been
encountering recently in our images. The bad news is that we actually
noticed a new critical blocking issue in the last builds related to the
welcome wizard no longer working properly, making newly bootstrapped
devices from the proposed channel unusable. The fix for this problem is
already waiting in a silo, so no revert was necessary. Once it lands in
the archive we will instantly kick a new image, which we expect to be
one of our promotion-canditates for tomorrow.

We hope that some of the problems experienced on different form factors
will be away after the landing of the fix in Mir, as currently we have
reports of many hang-ups and crashes across the board. We also expect
the test results to look much better for tablets. Let's see how things
look like tomorrow.
