Re: ANNOUNCEMENT: Landers! CI Train redeployed to support the RTM distribution + more

So as Ted suggested, we make a new series and a corresponding branch to
feed the rtm. We carry on development on our utopic series branch, and we
only fix bugs on our rtm branch as they come up.

Questions :
- Shouldn't we (each team) let someone know which of our branches feeds the
rtm?
- When we want to land, the MP target already identifies if it's destined
for rtm or for utopic. What is the use of the "Target distribution" field?

Thanks
