I created
https://code.launchpad.net/~pitti/phablet-tools/network/+merge/231761
for teaching phablet-tools to read/restore the current wifi connection
without root privs.
Doing the factory reset is a single D-BUS call (or button press in
system-settings or sudo system-image-cli run), on second thought it's
not worth wrapping this in phablet-config. If you disagree, I'm happy
to add that, though.
