Unfortunately this is a bad approach, because it painfully serializes the
process. You can't just mp trunk into an rtm branch because trunk won't
have the changes you want to merge until after the first silo had been
merged. As a result, you won't be able to begin building your rtm silo
until after your utopic silo already lands.

If you propose two sets if MP's in parallel, you can assign them in
parallel and build them in parallel, only serializing the publish step,
which will cut out almost half the time required.

Hopefully Lukas is able to automate this better.
