You should be able to remove the following folders:
~/.cache/com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-twitter
~/.config/com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-twitter
~/.local/share/com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-twitter

And the app should go back to normal.
