After having a discussion at #ubuntu-ci-eng I will just reiterate my
standing on this and let the conversation continue here.

Does it affect the user experience?
No.

Does it have side effects?
No.

Does it happen on production system?
No.

As the "owner" of indicator-network I refuse this to be a promotion
blocker. I will not be paying any attention to this bug before all of
the higher priority bugs have been cleared from this list:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/~kaijanmaki/+assignedbugs

I'm requesting to get this issue whitelisted until all of the higher
priority tasks have been dealt with.
