Landing team 10.09.14

hi,

the location provider improvements landed in todays RTM images and the
support for trusted click packages by default hit the images as well
(local side loading now requires the --allow-untrusted option when
installing with pkcon). there still seem to be some minor issues with
the location service provider start up, but on request of QA we can
finally also take the location blocker bug from the list.

of the two remaining issues the unity8 one is still in process, the
required oxide rebuilds that go along with this were pretty time
consuming, the packages are in the testing process and should land
during the european workday.

the url-dispatcher related bug turned out to be a duplicate of an older
bug and its blocking status will be discussed in tomorrows landing
meeting.

a few new test result regressions were showing up in the recent images
and are being inspected and fixed already.

even though we were considering to call out TRAINCON-0 tomorrow, the
progress looks good enough that we are confident to be able to promote
an RTM image this week.

* Blocking issues:

** Sometimes input breaks and only edges are responsive
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1295623
 => Merge requests present
 -> this is actively being landed but due to a dependency on oxide
which takes rather long to build it lands only very slowly

** url dispatcher doesn't seem to be triggering music to play in the
music app.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1367400
=> not reproducable by developer yet
-> Has been confirmed but marked as a duplicate now, will need
discussion in the next landing team meeting how to proceed.

* Known issues:

** Video freezes and doesn't recover randomly
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1314998
 -> Seems to be an old issue, but recently became much more easily
reproducible. Normally it would becone a blocker.

** Ubuntu Touch devices sometimes come up with hwclock set to 1970
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1353591
 -> Critical issue, but we're working-around it temporarily to get a
promotion

** indicator-network crashing during dialer-app and default tests on
smoketesting
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1355130
[Time counter 19/7]
[WHITELISTED]
 -> Reproducible all the time, no movement in over 7 days. Might be
whitelisted as per QA decision (as practically it does not affect the
users).

** Sometimes suggestions fail to appear
