[Push and Notifications]
- Push Daemon now catches a signal when there's a new u1 account and
reconnects under that identity, improving first use experience.
- Sounds now use the notification volume
- We wont show popups when the screen is locked
- About to land improvements so that we only get one "new system image"
message, even when there are many notifications about it.
- updating hello app to be a more useful sample app (with limits)
- Sanitized logs (no more tokens)
- Added ssl to all charms

[Scopes]
- Removed calculator features until fixing crashes
- Started work on integrating freedb to the dbpedia database we have for
scopes search
- Many bug fixes (eg, grooveshark moved the location of their images, need
to update code)
