Hey there,

Recently the ubuntu-ui-toolkit/design changed to make ListItem
separators use left/right margin. That is fine but it created some
inconsistencies in e.g ubuntu-system-settings. Now our mainview has a
mix of separators having margins and not, that's because we mix list
items with standard ones and those don't have the same rules.

Is there any design recommendation on what values should be used and
where? The current mix is probably not wanted but I'm not sure what is
the right solution to use there
