the phablet-tools PPA of the phablet-team usually gets an immediate sync
if these things hit utopic ... i thought the SDK team also syncs stuff
regulary.

seems we have a communication issue here, i will try to make sure to
notify the SDK team so they can manually sync. technically if you add
the phablet-tools PPA additionally you should always get the newest
though.
