Hello everyone!

Since it came to our attention that some parts of the landing process
are not as transparent and/or clear as they should be, we have decided
to finally create some quick documentation of the CI Train landing process.

This document is still work in progress, but it already overviews the
basics of how to land packages through the CI Train. We also recommend
all existing experienced landers to familiarize with this document,
especially the "QA Sign-off Needed" section.
