We noticed today a regression has occurred only on mako with SIM locking.
The dialer and messaging-app report the SIM as locked when it is not. And
attempting to lock/unlock the SIM is not working correctly in the Network
Indicator, so there are some issues.

You might want to hold off upgrading until it gets resolved as you won't be
able to make calls or send messages.
