This worked for me:
adb push telepathy-ofono_0.2+14.10.20141007-0ubuntu1_armhf.deb
/home/phablet
phablet-shell
sudo dpkg -i telepathy-ofono_0.2+14.10.20141007-0ubuntu1_armhf.deb
and reboot
