Hi,

This is a bug and it appears on r5 on mako as well.
Here's a workaround I found: Open the "Manage Scopes" view and search 
for "7digital" (or the name of any other scope). The 7digital scope 
will be presented to you as a search result. Open it once and the 
scopes overview works again.

Would you be so kind as to file a bug report? If you send me the link, 
I'll be happy to confirm it.
