[Development] Can't Setup - no adb device found

Hello all,

I will install Ubuntu Touch on a ODIS Xelio 10 (0).

	1,6 GHz Quad Core Prozessor
Rockchip RK 3188, ARM Cortex A9 Kernel
	2 GB DDR III RAM

I follow the instructions on the Devel-Website (1)
Hint: For this Project i have a fresh installed Xubuntu 14.10 Desktop PC

On the Xubuntu 14.10 Desktop PC i have setup the packets to jailbreak
the Tablet. I follow the Instructions to get the Debug Mode on the
Tablet. -yes "i am in the Developer Mode on the TabletPC"

I plug the Tablet via USB to the Xubuntu Desktop. On the Desktop i see
the (mount) Icon for my Tablet. I can open my Tablet at Thunar. But, i
don't "see" anything on a (bash) Shell

After: $ adb devices
I see no/any Device on bash

I "kill-server" (adb) re-plug USB and "adb device" again. No devices found.

In Syslog i found someone...

> $ sudo tail -f /var/log/syslog

I do "smartmon" on the Tablet

> sudo smartctl -a /dev/sdf

Smartmon tells:

> /dev/sdf: Unknown USB bridge [0x2207:0x0010 (0x222)]

What can i do to see/mount my Tablet?

PS: "Just a Idea?!" On this Tablet is Adroid 4.2 pre-installed. Whit an
ODIS (Vendor) App. Whit this App and a external SD Card (i have!) i can
install upgrades from external SD Cards. Maybe i put Ubuntu Touch on the
External SD Card (32GB) and reboot the Tablet from the external Card?! ;)

Thanks in Advanced for Help & Nice Weekend at all

Michael
