Or boot into recovery and:

mount /data
mount /data/ubuntu.img /mnt
PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin chroot /mnt dpkg -r libmirplatform4driver
-mesa:armhf
umount /mnt
sync
reboot
