Actually I think he's not asking about hot-swapping, but rather the
issue that mako often fails to detect the SIM card and forcing you to
reboot a couple of times until it starts working again. I'm suffering
from this too every once in a while. Haven't managed to report a bug
yet as it obviously always happens when I'm on the go...
