Ubuntu RTM promotion status and plans for this week

Hello everyone,

Some of you might have missed this information so I'm sending it out in
this form now, but we have promoted a new ubuntu-rtm image on Friday
last week! There were some regressions on the first try that had to be
fixed before reaching a promotable state, but those landed in krillin
#177 and QA gave it a final +1.
This means that we had krillin #177, mako #140 and emulator #144
promoted as image #11 in the ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09 channel.
Great work everyone!

But the more important promotion will be happening this week. Last weeks
image was more like a check-point to see how far we have gone and how
much more we need for our main milestone this week. It's even more
important because of the nearing holidays, so time is working against us.

For this week we are strictly following the Milestone Schedule, as
defined here:
 https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LandingTeam/MilestoneSchedule

This means all fixes for the most important bugs need to be at least
present in silos by Tuesday US TZ (16th of December) EOD! Things are
proceeding nicely, but we still have things to do.

As per all the announcements, the product team needs the following bugs
fixed for this milestone:

So a notice to all teams upstream: please make sure that the fixes for
those bugs are prioritized and that we get as many of those in silos by
the end of tomorrow. As for this writing, we still have around 9 bugs
that need fixes to ubuntu-rtm.

Thanks a lot everyone for all the hard work so far. Let's get this
milestone ready and finish off with a merry Christmas!

Best regards,
