Hi,In the example below you could almost have been describing me. Although I am not trying to get a business off the ground, the rest is basically true for me too. I run Ubuntu desktop both at work and at home, and I have installed Ubuntu Touch on my Nexus 4, which I use full time.
There are two things, though, that are making me seriously consider returning to Android on the Nexus 4 at the moment:
1) Apps are considerably slower to start than on any of the Android devices my friends and colleagues are using.
2) My workplace uses Microsoft Exchange/Outlook. On the Nexus 4 I can currently only read my email and calendar on the web, which is slow and tedious.
Can I have missed something? Are there apps or workarounds for 2) that I am not aware of?
And what is the reason for 1)? I am running Ubuntu 14.10 (r12) dated 14.12.18.

Around here we have an ice cream shop call Braum's¹ where yesterday we went to celebrate my son's birthday with his aunt and uncle. When I was checking out I was asked "Have you seen that Ubuntu software on phones?" After realizing the question was prompted by my Ubuntu hat I played dumb a little bit and started asking questions.Turns out the manager ran Ubuntu on the desktop and also had installed it on the phone, using it full time, and really loved it. I asked about apps and scopes and the answers where about as expected, using a few here and there and wishing for others. What struck me was when asking about favorite features:"I love how much it's the same as the computer version. I'm trying to get a business off the ground, have four kids and I have to keep this place running. I don't have time to keep a different model of how two things work."It was an awesome chance encounter that I thought you'd all enjoy. Made for a delightful Winter solstice for me.Ted ¹ http://www.braums.com/
