Will applications be able to lock rotation to the current orientation? 
This has been a requested feature for Beru.  If you're reading in bed, 
you don't want the orientation to flip when you roll over, but it'd 
still be nice to be able to choose which orientation you prefer.  
(Right now, we force it to be in portrait, since the bottom edge is 
broken in landscape or seascape.)

Also, is the emulator able to simulate orientation changes?  For people 
without physical devices, this is critical to ensuring their apps work 
correctly.
