I get to the PayPal website, that worked every time, but I can't raise
the keyboard to type my account info in, so no luck getting past that.

I tried a reboot too, no luck. I think this was reported as a bug
already: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/oxide-qt/+bug/1421353
