Hello everyone,

Starting today all vivid silos that are related to touch require QA
sign-off before landing - Timo went ahead and switched all the existing
ones to 'QA sign-off required'. Please work on the most critical issues
as listed in our list below [1].
Today vivid saw new ofono and oxide landings happening, mostly carrying
bugfixes for krillin and security.

With coordination with QA we have also revised the landing team blocker
list, making sure that all the blocking regressions are listed. It will
still be modified in the nearest time, currently we're waiting for
additional product team input.

So far we're concentrating on vivid but the timelines are really tight.
15.04 has many issues that need to be resolved before the switch to
ubuntu-rtm can happen, with a planned RC release from ubuntu-rtm
happening next week.
