Well, there have been four or five flash sales, so the second one was back in February.
But no, the point of a flash sale is that it's announced at the last moment. So following the Ubuntu and BQ Twitter accounts would probably be your best bet.
Having worked with the bq Aquaris Ubuntu Edition about a month ago, I have to say, it's quite a nice little phone.
