After locking the device, it turns the screen on in "dimable"!

Hello all!

Don´t know if somebody also has this "issue", but somehow after I have locked the device the screen turns on and is in a somehow "dimable" mode. I can then lock the device again to turn of the screen completely just for it to show up like this again a short time after!

Any clues about this? And the other one about the sound level of ringtones and SMS?
