Ubuntu-RTM landing gates closed + CI Train issues

Hello everyone,

As per the usual schedule [1], we have basically closed the landing
gates for ubuntu-rtm today in the morning. We are currently still
waiting for a new device tarball for krillin, but QA already started
testing the current 14.09-proposed image not to waste time. We might
include a few critical fixes if they get done around today, but formally
we are closed for this milestone already.

>From other news: ONCE AGAIN the CI Train spreadsheet seems to be broken,
reverting back to an older version after some hours of work - losing
data. This started happening during the night and so far none of the
applied tricks helped. Sadly there is not much more we can do in the
short term to fix this: before the replacement is ready and operational
the only sure workaround is sheet-migration. As we can see it only
helped for around 1 week this time, which generally is much worse than
we expected...

We will keep you updated with how the situation resolves. Apologies
again for the inconveniences. We have no idea what happened in the
Google infrastructure that suddenly everything is so fragile and broken.
If things won't get better till the EOD, I will migrate us once again (sic).

Best regards,
