Hello Cesar,

This bug reports why you can't open your videos from the file manager
app: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mediaplayer-app/+bug/1356826

However, Dave is right, it should work fine by using the videos scope
and opening the player from there.

That said, my .mkv videos show up in the videos scope, but I can't
play them.
