With the current released software version, no. All you can do is use
it as a modem for your Laptop with the USB cable. And even for that
you need to manually enable tethering mode. Search the archives of
that list on more information on tethering.

This functionality is implemented in the latest code now. It will
still take a little while until it is released as an update for your
phone.
