Hi,
You are right in your assumptions above
- the difference in naming of the settings item is down to the UK English
translation choice of "Mobile" rather than "Cellular" (you would also see
this wording in the network indicator menu).
- the entries on that settings page will change depending on whether you
have 2 SIMs in the phone. You will have options to define which SIM is
allocated for data and which is preferred for SMS and Calls.
The original problem does indeed sound like a bug. Please file one with a
description of what your low battery situation was.
