Switch between WiFi & 3G

Hello !

Since some weeks, i have a lot of trouble by switching between WiFi und
3G. If i loose my WiFi connection, the 3G doesn't try to connect. I have
to restart the complete device to connect via 3G.

Is this a known bug ?
