My BQ Aquaris E4.5 lost phone functions after update

Hello.

After system update my phone don't see GSM/3G networks anymore (there is no
mobile icons even, only Wi-Fi). And when I go to Mobile Network settings it
is just freezes. How to rollback to previous version?
