Check times in Calls

Hello,
when I go to Calls, sometimes I see many times one person, one each call, ex:
Rafał xxx-xxx-xxx 18.00
Rafał xxx-xxx-xxx 19.00
Rafał xxx-xxx-xxx 20.15
but sometimes I see one time with number of calls
Rafał xxx-xxx-xxx (3) 20.15
Why? How can I check that two previous call times?
