so this looks all fine, rndis0 on the phone comes up and properly starts
a dhcp server on the interface, your PC brings up enp0s29f7u7 and
recieves the IP from it ...
looks to me like your network-manager setup on the PC doesnt do the
right thing here, did you check the routing and DNS setup (usually
network-manager sets this up for you with data provided by the phone as
soon as the device shows up)
