Power a BQ 4.5 from a raspberry pi

Hi,
i want to use a raspberry pi to charge the BQ 4.5, without a (powered) hub.

The BQ is not charging when i plug it into the pi, and the pi neverenumerates the BQ on its usb bus.


Is there a way to influence the power negotiation between the pi and the BQ?

For example let the BQ start at 100mA and ramp it up to whatever thepowersource can deliver.
