Hi Roman,

For some people contacts is a a very personal/private data., and they
do not want applications reading, sharing, downloading, uploading it.

We do not have an agreement yet about the best policy for contacts, if
we should allow applications to read user contacts or not.

Until we agree with a policy for that, the only way to access contacts
is using content hub. (Some apps uses that to import all contacts to
his private database (like telegram))

I personally do not like this option but this is they only way that
any app can access the contact information.
