can you make sure (if this didn't happen already) to properly register
the channel with the IRC team so that the !ops command works in case you
suffer from abusive trolls and that the right bots are in the channel to
make sure people can find answers via google searches etc ?

info how to get you #ubuntu-* channel properly registered ...
