Ive plugged a notes plugin to my owncloud and have them syncing with the 
rest of my documents on to my phone. I can read and write and edit the 
notes easily through the browser which is great but is there a app that 
can open htm files incase i get stuck and cant get internet access and 
resort to the htm files, i probably could do this with nano from a 
console but is there a app that might just open these i could just 
install and just open it from file manager ...
