Hi,

please have a look at the "Installing Ubuntu for Devices" guide
https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/start/ubuntu-for-devices/installing-ubuntu-for-devices/
. It has a link to the supported devices and it explains how to install
Ubuntu Touch on any of the supported devices.

About the image channels:
I'd recommend using ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu if you want to stay up
to date with the latest developments, otherwise use
ubuntu-touch/stable/ubuntu
