The operating system will not boot after the update

Hello
Today, I got Ubuntu update and upgrade.
Almost 270 packages were upgraded.
After final configuration, Ubuntu freezes.
I reboot and it's not boot Ubuntu Nexus 4, even after a factory reset.
What should I do?
