On Android devices, you have the ability to turn off mobile data 
(2G/3G/4G) still allowing you to be connected to the mobile network to 
receive incoming calls and text messages. I think this would be a good 
feature to have on the Ubuntu Phone. Some may get charged a lot for 
over use of MB/GB data usage.
