No you wouldn't since you are not in that channel and already have later
software from proposed as it has updates not in ota 9

Easiest way s to reflash with the stable channel
ubuntu-device-flash touch --channel ubuntu-touch/stable/bq-aquaris.en

If you do that now you will get the update when its published, or you can
do it after its published and it will flash it directly
This will not change any of your data just the image
