OTA-9 is a beautifull update. But I have a problem with using TAGGER
app. When I need to scan a QR Code and I open the TAGGER app for that,
the flash light is opening until I close the app. It's very annoying
and the light is makeing the QR CODE to be hard to be read by phone.

Does anyone know what can be the cause fro this from the OTA-9 update? 
What I can understand is that the app is using camera and also the
light from the camera, but... I dont want to.

But I listed the problem here, because maybe is a bug about the OTA-9
and not about the TAGGER app.
