Hmmm, that's a little long. If you feel like running a test, would you
mind running:

  sudo GTEST_logtostderr=1 GTEST_v=1000 ubuntu-location-serviced-cli
--bus system --test

on your device? Please note that you need to restart the phone after
having run the test.
