Hi Eric,
I'm not sure what the situation looks like on the Nexus 5, but the advice
is usually to use rc-proposed, not devel/devel-proposed, because devel-* is
known to be really unstable. If you want a bleeding-edge system that works
pretty well, go with rc-proposed, that's what most of us use for
development :)
